MR Sensor IC

Gaining its popularity in current market, MR Sensor is the ultimate solution to replace the traditional Reed Switches and mechanical detect switches. MR Sensors are monolithic integrated circuit with built-in MR (magneto resistive) element pairing with CMOS switch circuit. It becomes a non-contact switch with very low current consumption, high sensitivity and reliability when in use combining with external magnetic flux. It employs the parallel detection method to horizontal magnetic field to detect the electrode of the package detected by an arbitrary polarity (N ↔ S poles). Current Sensor

An addition to preciseness measurement and safeguarding of various switch point for product devices, our current sensor solution is customized based on the criteria of designer’s need within circuitries to create either cut-off point or a start-up point, serving also as the “circuit breaker” in the cases of the sensor to be utilize for safeguard cut off point when the AC-DC current reaches over the preset current level. Hall Effect IC

As ordinary as it gets, the Hall Effect IC solution at AnaSem is optimized to monolithic structure with built-in Hall element pairing with the CMOS switch circuit, designed and optimized to high sensitivity and very low power consumption, it detects the magnetic poles of either N or Sin vertical. This device has been around and had already gained its popularity for any non-contact switch / detection applications, while widely adopted from mobile phones, notebook PC to industrial applications. Power Management IC

As long as it is electronics, there will be requirement for power and electricity to drive all sorts of processors and device components. Clean low noise output, high voltage accuracy and ultra-low power consumption is the key to optimize the performance of the circuit or the product itself. Our power management IC solutions range from detector IC / reset IC (available in CMOS or N-Channel type outputs, also available with preset built-in delayed timing) to LDO voltage regulators (available in single channel or dual channel outputs). Our uniqueness of features is that our power management solutions derives our preciseness concept with typical of +/-1% accuracy in terms of detect or output voltages. With the latest CMOS technology, the voltages are laser trimmed rather than the traditional masking process, providing our users with very short lead times and low cost, while users can freely choose various desired voltages (with 0.05V steppings) based on their design needs.
